'NO VAXX, NO RIDE'
Ret. Col. Jose Manuel Bonnevie, the special operation unit commander of the Inter-Agency Council for Traffic (IACT), monitors buses passing Bonifacio Ave. on Jan. 14, 2022 to determine whether they are following health protocols. Bonnevie also checks whether passengers are fully vaccinated and reminds them of the "NO Vaxx, NO Ride" policy that will be implemented starting on Monday Jan. 17, 2022.
