National Cabinet changes to testing requirements will take a couple weeks to ease pressure on testing clinics

Changes to the COVID testing framework have come into effect to ease pressure on the healthcare system. The main change was the scraping of needing a PCR test to confirm a positive rapid-antigen test, to ease the burden on testing clinics.
