Ludhiana court blast: Khalistani links found, role of Pak's ISI suspected, says Punjab DGP

Punjab Director General of Police Siddharth Chattopadhyaya has said links to Khalistani elements, gangsters and drug smugglers were found in the course of the investigation into the blast at the Ludhiana Court complex on Thursday. He said the role of Pakistan's ISI is also suspected in the case.
