Guy Falls into Underground Water Tank While Trying to Rescue Cat Stuck on Roof

This guy stood on top of an underground water tank with a ladder balanced against the wall. He tried to rescue the cat stuck on the roof above. However, he lost his balance and fell into the water tank as the lid accidentally slid away.
