Man Lifts Cat up to Apartment Balcony in Bucket

This man liked to bring in his outdoor cats back into his apartment in a unique way. Amazingly, he would set a bucket on a rope down on the sidewalk and wait until a cat got inside before lifting them up and onto his balcony.
