Is £100m enough to end rough sleeping?

Kent based charity Porchlight is welcomed the government's pledge to bring an end to homelessness.

This morning, Communities Secretary James Brokenshire said £100m would be put towards tackling the issue.

But many charities have warned homelessness is a complex problem and this wouldn't fix it completely.

So is £100m enough to end rough sleeping? We asked shoppers in Rochester.
