Nobody should be sleeping out on the streets.

That's what a minister for housing and homelessness has said after figures came out about people sleeping rough in Kent.

Although figures have gone down since last year, rough sleepers have more than doubled in Kent in the last five years.

Swale saw the biggest rise from 9 people sleeping rough in 2017 to 32 over 2018.
