A South Australian Parliamentary committee has found Deputy Premier Vickie Chapman misled the house, and breached the state's ministerial code of conduct in her decision surrounding a port development in Kangaroo Island. Politicians from both sides are now debating a motion of no confidence in the Deputy Premier.
