More than 1200 accounts were opened in Maharashtra's Cooperative Bank without Pan Card. The Income Tax Department has banned the transaction of deposits of more than Rs 53 crore deposited in the bank after it came to the notice of 'gross irregularities' in the account opened in a co-operative bank in Maharashtra. The Income Tax Department recently conducted a raid after which this suspicious bank account was unearthed.

महाराष्ट्र (Maharashtra) में एक सहकारी बैंक (Cooperative Bank) में खोले गए खाते में 'घोर अनियमितता' की बात सामने आने के बाद आयकर विभाग (Income Tax Department) ने बैंक में जमा 53 करोड़ रुपए से ज्यादा जमा राशि के लेन-देन पर रोक लगा दी है. आयकर विभाग ने हाल ही में एक छापेमारी की थी जिसके बाद इस संदिग्ध बैंक खाते का पता चला.
