On Thursday will mark the first time that a motion will be raised in the Parliament calling for the establishment of a Tribunal to investigate the removal of the Head of State of Trinidad and Tobago.

The Speaker has issued guidelines that stipulate the matter shall not be the subject of a debate.

The Constitution outlines the process for such a motion.

Juhel Browne reports.
