Following mass flight delays and cancellations of Southwest Airlines flights over the weekend, the impacts were better, but still there Monday, at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. While Southwest blamed Air Traffic Control and bad weather for the issues, some passengers report employees telling them it was due to employee strikes over the company's mask mandate.
