Nigeria: Pesticides caused death of nearly 300 villagers

In 2020, at least 270 people in Nigeria's Benue State died from a mystery ailment. The government has now revealed to DW that they had been poisoned by banned pesticides in a nearby river. DW correspondent Flourish Chukwurah reports.
