Soldier Witnesses Man Pushing His Car In Flooded Street And Decides To Help Him

This soldier witnessed a man's car stop working in the flooded street. He got out of his vehicle and helped the man push his car on the water-covered road. Both of them pushed the car and got it to a less submerged area.
