Thousands of protesting farmers began marching towards the mini secretariat in Haryana's Karnal after talks with the state government failed on Tuesday. The protest march moved from Namaste chowk to the secretariat. Farmers in Jind blocked the Jind Kaithal Chandigarh Highway in Naguran village. Watch this report.
