Victoria racing to reach 70 percent vaccination as infections rise to new high

There are 176 new locally acquired COVID infections in Victoria today, and it’s another new high for this outbreak. The state is now racing to reach 70 percent first dose vaccinations, when restrictions will be eased slightly.
