Melbourne outbreak of Delta COVID-19 strain linked to return traveller

Victoria has recorded two new cases of COVID-19 today, and health authorities have linked Melbourne’s outbreak of the Indian variant of coronavirus – known as the Delta strain – to a case in the state’s hotel quarantine system.
