TPG’s Jim Coulter says that Tesla ($TSLA@US) is currently the AOL of EVs, but it doesn’t have to end the same way. For reference, AOL was one of the first email brands but ultimately failed with the introduction of others like Yahoo and Gmail. Tesla was trading up 2.99% at press time.
