On Friday, Texas regulators officially issued a cease-and-desist order against BlockFi, the second such order the cryptocurrency exchange has received. Earlier this month, New Jersey issued a similar ruling in an attempt to stop crime pertaining to cryptocurrency, specifically money laundering.
