On Thursday, Uber ($UBER@US) announced that they have agreed to a deal with Transplace to buy the transportations logistics company for $2.25 billion. The deal will primarily involve Uber Freights, the trucking division of Uber. The stock price of Uber was up 0.19% on the day at press time.
