Shares of Translate Bio ($TBIO@US) are trading higher on Tuesday morning after the company recently announced that Sanofi is acquiring them for $38 a share, all in cash. Translate Bio shares are up 29.3% to $37.70 at press time, while shares of Sanofi were down 0.35% to $51.60.
