Today, I prepared Bibimbap and soybean paste stew (doenjang jjigae).
How to make Bibimbap? (1) I stir-fried spinach, carrots, mushrooms and pumpkins with sesame oil. (2) I put rice in a clay pot and heated it for about 1 minute on a low heat on the gas stove to make a thin crust of slightly browned rice at the bottom of the pot. (3) I added the vegetables and some red pepper paste to the rice and mixed all. (4) I roasted the minced meat and added it as well. (5) I seasoned the food with salt.
My meal was delicious and ready to be eaten even without the minced meat. But I think it became more delicious with minced meat. :)
