A book about the struggles of parenting has won the Children’s Book Council of Australia’s ‘Book of the Year’ award for early childhood. Mother and daughter Libby Hathorn and Lisa Hathorn-Jarman wrote ‘No/Never’ together. Libby says the book is based on a true story.
