As per sources, President Ashraf Ghani can hand over power to the Taliban. Talks are going on about the transfer of power with the Afghan government. The Taliban had already surrounded Kabul. The Taliban has warned the army not to come in their way, army or civilians should not oppose, everyone should stay at home.
