Tension escalated along the Assam-Mizoram border once again after a group of unidentified people bombed a lower primary school in Assam along the inter-state border on Friday night.
The incident took place in the Gutguti area in Hailakandi district where a wall of Pakua Punjee Lower Primary school was partially damaged in the lower intensity explosion. The explosion took place late at night when no one was at the school.
