'A powerful tornado wrecked various properties while ripping through Sycamore, Illinois.
Filmed by Matthew LaBonte on August 9, 2021, this video features the colossal storm in all its glory.
Matthew said: "I am a storm chaser. I was chasing tornadoes yesterday and recorded one destroying buildings. They don't call tornadoes some of the most destructive forces of nature for no reason."
"Listen to the roar," one of the bystanders said as the disastrous whirlwind completed its final form and started wreaking havoc across the town.
