While those who are fully vaccinated against Covid-19 are now allowed to dine in under the latest standard operating procedure in Penang, many F&B operators are not keen on providing such services to their customers.
They cited reasons such as not all operators have been vaccinated yet and a lack of information on how to conduct checks on the customers.
