Ingredients:

For Pasta:
400 gm pasta
1 tbsp salt

For meat filling:
2 tbsp vegetable oil
500 gm minced meat
1 large onion
3 minced garlic cloves
1 medium carrot
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp dried corriander
3 tbsp tomatoe paste
1 cup water

For Bechamel:
4 tbsp butter
4 tbsp flour
1 liter milk
1/2 cup broth
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 to 4 tbsp cream cheese (optional)

Lots of mozzarella cheese :)
