Tasmania mental health facility investigated after patient found with maggot infested wounds

Tasmania’s top mental health facility for older people has been described as outdated, understaffed and inadequate. An investigation into the Roy Fagan Centre was launched after an elderly dementia patient was found with maggot infested wounds.
