Tropical Storm Elsa is slamming the southeastern coast of the United States with flooding rains and damaging tornadoes. A Navy base was among the areas hit and several injuries are reported. The storm is barreling north headed for the Carolinas, the Mid-Atlantic, and eventually to New England.
