Former president Jacob Zuma is in good spirits. That's according to Justice and Correctional Services Minister Ronald Lamola. Lamola spoke with Zuma earlier today. Lamola also confirmed that the former head of state will be eligible for parole after serving a quarter of his 15-month jail sentence.
