Prime Minister Narendra Modi publicly greeted Tibetan spiritual leader Dalai Lama on his 86th birthday Tuesday. He called the Dalai Lama to wish him and also posted a message on Twitter.
“Spoke on phone to His Holiness the Dalai Lama to convey greetings on his 86th birthday. We wish him a long and healthy life”, PM Modi wrote.
