Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) supremo Lalu Prasad Yadav on Monday made his first public address through video conferencing. This is his first address after getting out of jail. He created a flutter in Bihar's power circles by announcing that he would be returning to active politics. The declaration came on the day his party celebrated its silver jubilee. Watch the video.
