Former Punjab minister Navjot Singh Sidhu, who offered a solution to the state's unprecedented power crisis on Friday, allegedly owes the state power utility PSPCL over Rs 8.67 lakh in pending bills for nine months.
Soon after the Congress leader tweeted the solution to the Punjab government's power problems, photos purportedly of his pending electricity bill began circulating on social media.
