This woman shared her household recipe of making a popular Parsi tea time snack called bhakra. She prepared a dough mixture with semolina, flour, spices, sugar, yogurt, and ghee. After kneading the dough for some time, she rolled it out and cut out roundels, just like cookies. She then deep-fried these roundels in ghee in a wok till they turned dark brown.
