Farmer leader Rakesh Tikait has issued an open threat to the central government over the farm laws stand-off between the protesting farmers and the Centre.
He said that the central government needs to be taught a lesson as they are not willing to talk to the farmers. Tikait has asked farmers to be ready to scale up the protests.
