Guy Falls and Gets Dragged on the Ground During Parasail Launch

This guy was strapped to a parasail wing through a harness and tethered to a boat. During the launching, he ran on the ground while the boat in the water pulled him forward. However, when he stopped running, he fell to the ground. He got dragged on the sandy shore and into the water before finally being airborne.
