Adelaide boy diagnosed with rare disease, condition affecting a handful

There are more than seven-thousand rare diseases affecting roughly 20-thousand Australians. One Adelaide boy has been diagnosed with perhaps the rarest of them all, a condition known to affect just a handful of people worldwide.
