Doberman with small dogs??

I let Josie play with a smaller dog once, and it will never happen again. She does not realize how big she is, and i'm terrified she will cause an injury. I have a GSD and a rhodesian ridgeback, and these 3 are absolutely fabulous with each other. They get along great, and they play well.
