Mah Hang Soon: Apply 'blended learning' approach to handle Internet connectivity issues

Students and pupils who have poor Internet connectivity can use a "blended learning" approach, says Datuk Dr Mah Hang Soon.

The Deputy Education Minister said a "blended approach" combines both online and offline learning methods.
