I-5 Closure Update: Freeway to be closed for the next three to four hours, at least, according to CHP. Meanwhile, closures have led half a dozen trucks to stop on the I-5 N shoulder on the base of the Grapevine after being U-turned. CHP says they cannot stop there but have suggestions for other safe stopping points. 23ABC's Kristin Vartan tells us what those stops are and gives updates on the closures.
