Academy Award nominee Amy Ryan breaks down what she looks for in a script when she is considering a new TV or film role and details why a character’s choices, good or bad, don’t have much to do with it. “I always try to find something, some part of them that I can have compassion for,” Ryan said on “Salon Talks.”
