Over 3,000 motorists arrested

Some motorists are continuing to disobey road rules and lockdown regulations. That's according to authorities. The Road Traffic Management Corporation says more than 3,000 motorists have been arrested since the beginning of December. Most of them for drunk driving and speeding. eNCA's Manqoba Mchunu reports.
