This guy received motion alerts and heard some noises from the garage in the middle of the night, so he decided to go and look there. When he saw the safe in the garage unlocked and opened, he called the cops. Later, when he checked his security camera's footage, he saw paranormal activities like moving of towel, opening and closing of car's door, the opening of locked safe, and the opening and the closing of toolbox taking place. She sounded shocked and scared by his discovery on the footage.
