Dillon Mollinet is a passionate IT professional who currently resides in Ridgecrest, California. With over a decade of experience working in customer service, Mollinet has been a valuable asset to various companies over the past few years.
Dillon Mollinet currently serves as an IT Support Specialist for A1FC. Working with computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners, Mollinet has essentially trained himself in standard information technologies. Dillon initially joined the A1FCU team back in March of 2018 as a Member Service Specialist. In his previous role with the company, Dillon dutifully submitted payments, processed loans, and sold various products and services to members. After just seven months working as a Member Service Specialist, Dillon's hard work and dedication were recognized, and thus, he was promoted to IT Support Specialist. Having always had an interest in information technologies and systems, Mollinet has effectively been troubleshooting common IT problems and navigating system issues with members when necessary. Since the beginning of his career with A1FCU has had the opportunity to work with various software and systems, including AD, Azure, Jira, Jamph, Mass360, Confluence, Nutanix, Office admin, Office 365, Episys, Authenticator, Btech, MDM solution, VMware, Bomgar, Capture Client, Ivanti, Bitdefender, Capture Client, VoIP, Citrix, Synapsys, Simplexes, Adobe rd/dc/cc, and ITC. Recognized as a leader within the company, Dillon Mollinet is typically responsible for training new IT employees. Eager to further his knowledge and skillset, Dillon has recently been pursuing new IT industry certifications.
Before moving to Ridgecrest, California, Mollinet went to school and worked in Oregon. In July of 2008, Dillon did his first job as an Assistant Manager for a local store, the Grocery Outlet. Mollinet learned the ins and outs of business for five years, developing strong operational and managerial skills. He later went on to work as an Operations Assistant Manager for Harbor Freight Tools, where he further developed his skills. Within those two years at Harbor Freight Tools, Mollinet effectively managed the store's hiring process along with payroll and ordering inventory. In February of 2016, Dillon began working as a Teller for HomeStreet Bank before moving to California.
