Ingredients
For Mysore bhajji/bonda: All purpose flour/maida - 3 cups Yoghurt/curd - 3/4 cup Salt - as per taste Baking soda - 1 tsp Cumin seeds - 1 tsp Ginger - 1 inch finely chopped Green chillies - 3 finely chopped Curry leaves - 10 finely chopped Coriander leaves - 3 tbsp Onion - 1 finely chopped Hot oil - 2 tbsp Water - as required Oil - for deep frying the bonda
For Special coconut chutney: Fresh coconut - 1 cup Green chilli - 2 Ginger - 1 inch Garlic - 3 cloves Roasted chana dal - 3 tbsp Fresh coriander leaves - 2 tbsp Cumin seeds - 1 tsp Salt - as per taste Water as required
