Bottle guard/lauki - 1.5 kg Milk - 1 litre Sugar - 1 cup Cardamon powder - 1/2 tsp Green food colour - 1 pinch Clarified butter/ghee - 4 tbsp Cashew - 1/4 cup Almonds - 1/4 cup Mawa or khoya - 1/2 cup
