Simple and Easy Shahi White Chicken Kadhai

Today I am sharing a simple and easy mughlai White chicken Karahi recipe. It is a creamy non spicy chicken gravy prepared using nuts and cream .Hope u will like my recipe. Do give this a try and share ur experience in comment.


Ingredients

Chicken - 600g
Oil - 1/4 cup
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Black peppercone - 6 to 8
Cinnamon stick - 1
Bay leave - 1
Onion - 2 (paste)
Green chilli - 6 (paste)
Coriander powder - 2 tsp
Cumin powder - 1 tsp
White pepper powder - 1 tsp
Yoghurt/curd - 1/4 cup
Cashew - 10
Melon seeds - 2 tbsp
Poppy seeds - 1 tbsp
Fresh cream - 1/2 cup
Garam masala powder - 1 tsp
Dry Fenugreek leaves - 1 tbsp
Fresh coriander leaves - 2 tbsp
