Thirumala Vadai

Whole Black urid dal ½ kg
Soaked with warm water up to 3 to4 hours
Or Splitted urid dal ½kg soaked with warm w up to 1½ to 2 hours
Pepper 1½ tbs
Cumin 1tbs
Ginger 1 piece
Salt to taste
Hing powder ½tsp
All grind with mixi without water very small ( i.e. littlebit ).....till course...

Then make a small ball and make like Thattai
But make very thick Thattai....
Then heated coconut and ghee mixed oil use to fry till little crispy...with low and medium flame
