Taiwan Barbet is a particularly unique, vivid green native to Taiwan, with a red, blue, and yellow rainbow-hued tail. It inhabits lowland forests, parks, and gardens in montane areas. Bold for a barbet, perching on treetops sometimes. Often, flocks form. Frog-like croaking or bubbling notes and hollow bubbling hoots contain vocalizations.
