Bheki Cele visits Kwandengezi following weekend killings

The Kwandengezi community in KwaZulu-Natal is on edge this afternoon. That is after at least 9 people were killed this weekend in two separate incidents. Police Minister Bheki Cele addressed the community today, calling for calm. Its not yet clear whether the incidents are linked.
